Lake Chelan is glass-flat the first hour after sunrise. That's the window, and our dock at 1228 W. Woodin Avenue is the easiest place in town to grab a board and be on the water before the boats wake up.
📍Where to paddle from our dock
- Right off our dock — calm, sheltered water. Perfect for beginners.
- Riverwalk Park (5-min paddle west) — where the Chelan River meets the lake. The calmest, most kid-friendly stretch in town.
- Don Morse Park (5-min paddle east) — longer routes, more open water, beach access if you want to land.

- Riders must be 5+ and able to swim
- Life jacket worn at all times (we provide them)
- Weather cancellations fully refundable
How much is a paddleboard rental in Chelan?
- $35/hour, $85 half-day, $125 full-day.
- Life jacket included.
Do I need experience?
No. The water off our dock is calm enough most mornings for total beginners. We give you a quick orientation.
Can kids paddleboard?
Kids 5+ who can swim, yes. Younger kids ride on the front of an adult’s
board.
Is afternoon paddleboarding good?
Lake Chelan picks up wind in the afternoon. Mornings are calmer. If you can, start by 9 AM.
Restrictions
- Not suitable for pregnant women due to safety reasons
- Participants in parasailing must be at least 5 years old and weigh a minimum of 50 pounds
- All trips are subject to weather conditions and may be canceled or rescheduled accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund available for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start time.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time.
- All weather-related cancellations are fully refundable, with processing taking 3-5 business days.
- Changes to reservations within 24 hours of the start time will not be accepted.
- In case of cancellation due to poor weather, you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- If the minimum number of travelers is not met and the experience is canceled, you can choose an alternative date/experience or receive a full refund.
